- Please note that the ticket is Non-refundable.
- This is a flexible ticket, on the chosen day, you can access to the Bernabéu Tour between 09:30hrs and 18:30hrs.
- Ticket valid only for the selected day. The access will be possible at any time.
- Ticket not valid on weekends, public holidays and match days.
- It is MANDATORY to collect the tickets at Julia Travel office San Nicolas 15. Lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driving license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets at Julia Travel Gray Line. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- If the customers goes directly to Bernabeu without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour.
- The price includes 2€ of management fees.

- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check opening schedule before your visit.
- Due to the works being carried out at Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; the virtual reality area; the Presidential Box; the first team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; players' tunnel and the pressroom.
- Exceptionally and due to the works being carried out in the Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Our team will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets.
